Cannot sell on EBay
Can anyone help me start selling on eBay customer support said it’s because I didn’t have my payment method set up but still get error message After setting it up I’m in uk not abroad

Mentor5 months agoThat's weird. Someone else who registered in 2003 got that exact same message recently when they tried to sell.

OP5 months agoI’ve rung EBay hopefully they sorting it now I’ve had to send docs of proof of who I am looks like I may have been hacked years ago anyway hopefully they will reinstate my account

Mentor5 months agoSo eBay thinks you registered in China? If you have no connection with China try clearing cookies/cache. If that doesn't help or if you did register elsewhere contact ebay by requesting a callback on here:

Mentor5 months agoHave you been originally registered overseas (2003) as the (? Chinese) message is directing you to contact the Philippines site Customer Services ??.--- if so, and you are now resident in the UK it might be easier to open a new UK account as it is no longer possible to transfer account history between sites ---
