Cannot refund buyer

Buyer bought some tarot cards from my eBay. I did not check the AI description which gave wrong measurements. I offered a refund. I have tried all day long to give refund. My bank and bank card are on ebay but ebay says they cannot do the refund with them and to try another card. I tried my husband's card and he approved the payment. eBay still says the payment has not gone through and to retry with another method. I do not have a purse full of credit cards so that is it. Why is my card and bank on ebay and ebay will not let me use them to give out a refund. Is this refund a scam because it now says my husband's payment has not gone through and to try again and yet he approved the payment. Alos there is no way to contact ebay themselves or talk to a human being. HELP so fed up and nearly in tears.

Presumably you've done that?

Mentor1 month agoHave you tried refunding via cancelling the transaction? On your orders/sold list click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order.
