Cannot receive payment from account
Hi after some help. Sold an item and been paid but when I try to get the payment it says I need to change my account to US$ to accept the cash. But I’m a UK account with UK sales.
help!

Mentor10 months agoTry clearing cache and cookies.
You can't accept cash on collection.
Buyers have to pay through ebay checkout before you can exchange contact info.
