Cannot order anything
Please could anyone help. My account isn’t working properly. I can’t see anything other than the first photo, buttons for buying and adding to watch list are greyed out abs I cannot choose a size. I have no messages to tell me why and no unpaid items. Can anyone help me please?

If the app ensure you have the latest updates, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Or, if you can switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that seems to work best with eBay. Clearing cache and cookies too.

OP4 months agoI’m just using my iPhone. Never had an issue before and it seems others have the same issue. Don’t want to download the app I but too much as it is. Thank you for your advice. I’ll try another device and see if that helps. I’m so frustrated though as I like to just scroll and shop on my phone. I’ll give it a go, thank you

Mentor4 months agoDo try another device a laptop / PC with Chrome is usually the best combo.
You are not alone is facing this issue, many reports coming through from others, facing the same problem.

OP4 months agoYou were right it does work with a difference device. Problem is I cannot update my phone as there is an issue with storage due to a duplication issue so my evening shopping habit will be forced off eBay for now as the last thing I want is to have a computer open after a day working on the computer all day.
