Cannot get pre-paid QR code
Hi, a buyer has bought an item from me and pre-paid for postage but I cannot get the QR code. Each time I click through from the item to where I'd normally get it from I just get an option to buy postage myself, which I'm not doing because the buyer has already done this.

Was it the stamps/First Day Covers?
It looks as if that item was not sold with Simple Delivery in which case you will receive the amount the buyer paid for postage so you can buy postage and send it.

OP5 months agoMany thanks for the reply, yes it was the first day covers. I think you must be right - I wish this was clearly explained on eBay when something is bought, the multiple ways of posting can be confusing (at least to me).

Mentor5 months agoContact eBay Customer Services see if they can resolve this for you.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
If you do need to use your own postage it's no big issue, as the buyer will be refunded for the unused label they paid for, your payout would be held for 14 days as new tracking can not be updated now.
