Cannot generate address label error.

I'm trying to generate an address label but get the following error.

"It was not possible to generate the label. The requested location is currently unavailable to post packages to.".

I am posting from Belfast to England. I have been able to send items to England before. The ebay bot gives me the same advice constantly and it doesn't work.

Anyone else have this problem and if so, how did you get it fixed?

Thanks.
