Cannot answer messags
Hi, had 2 auto emails showing messages received from potential customers asking questions about items I have on the site for sale. Have tried to answer by 2 methods - going to 'Summary' and selecting 'Messages' & also by clicking on the individual ID's shown in each auto email. All I am seeing is a series of blue boxes which look as if I should be able to enter text but they will not work when I try to type. Have tried many times , followed all steps I know about but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone help please ? Thank you

OP6 months agoHi, am working through account settings & have edited a couple of things. Still not seeing messages but will keep working on it. Thank you so much for steer on this.
