Cancelling. Label
I am the seller. It appears my parcel is too big to send via EVRI. So I cannot use the label already paid for by the buyer. I read I could ‘Void the label’ and organise one myself to send to the buyer. But on the site it states I cannot cancel it. Obviously I did not check the measurements beforehand. It’s a minefield trying to sort it out. Any help would be appreciated.
