Cancelling an order
I requested to cancel an order less than a minute after I placed it as I found a better priced item. The seller rejected my request and has sent the item regardless. I definitely hadn't left it too late and there's No way they'd have dispatched it, unless they have supersonic powers! They're ignoring my messages now!

Mentor2 weeks agoBuyers that cancel orders as they have found a better price really annoy me. You should have honoured they sale as you had made a bid or purchased the item. On the same vein of your message you must have had supersonic powers to find said item at a better price after paying.
When the item arrives you need to open a remorse case of do not want item, pay postage and return for a refund.

OP2 weeks agoIm perfectly within my rights to cancel especially as I found a better value option (mop heads, very exciting) I guess it will cost me to return it and I probably won't bother, which is exactly what they're hoping!!Thanks for your reply

Mentor2 weeks agoOn ebay buyers can request a cancellation of a purchase, but only seller can cancel.
Buying is considered a binding contract, and the only way you could have made seller cancel would be not to pay, when seller can cancel after 4 days, and buyer gets an unpaid strike.
