Cancelled an order and issued refund - postage cost have not been refunded by ebay | Member To Member Support

I recently sold an item with simple delivery where the seller (me) paid postage. It was an oversized item and ebay seems to havr removed that option from simple delivery so when I came to arrange shipping the only option available was a medium parcel.Obviously this was far too small so I contacted the buyer to explain the situation. They never replied so I cancelled the order and issued a refund. My issue is that the refund has taken the money out of my ebay balance but has refunded the postage charges from my bank account. Ebay should have refunded the postage as they automatically deducted the postage costs for "simple postage". I never generated a postage label so the postage money is unused and should have been refunded from ebay. Will I get this back? Do I have to request a refund somehow? Breakdown of the charges etc below: Item sold for £45 including postage Ebay charged buyer £2.50 "buyer protection"Total amount paid by buyer £47.50 Postage deducted by ebay for simple delivery £7.19 Seller received £37.81 I then initiated a redund:£2.50 buyer protection fee refunded by ebay. £37.81 refunded from my ebay balance£7.19 refunded from my bank account Total I have refunded is £45 however I only received £37.81 Surely ebay should have refunded the postage as it went direct to them?
