Cancelled a order waited 3 days just for seller to decline the request I’ve been messsaging seller they haven’t replied for 4 days I don’t want the item anymore

I’ve bought a PlayStation portable from a seller I’ve tried messaging them when I’ve bought it but they never replied to me so I’m thinking this might be scamming me because why would the seller not reply to my messages at all when I’m customer for his product but now I don’t want the product or anything to do with this seller also I’ve already bought PlayStation portable for cheaper and better and quicker and the seller rejected my cancel request even tho they never replied to my messages PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS LIKE IT REPLY TO IT AND SEND IT TO EBAY BEVAUSE I NEED THE MONEY TO PAY FOR MY BILLS AS WELL PLEASE HELP ME

Mentor2 weeks agoAlso any refunds go back to source, and are not instant.Payment by debit card 7 days, credit card 30 days.
From a sellers angle buyers who buy AND pay, then instantly want to cancel, are a pain, and will certainly end up on Blockedu bidders lists.

Mentor2 weeks agoThere are a couple of issues here. Sellers don't always reply once orders received and will process and dispatch in a timely manner.
Secondly if you have further bought the item from elsewhere as it was a better price will annoy a lot of sellers. You should have done your homework on pricing before buying this item.
In theory if you have placed a cancellation request these can take up to 4 days to action themselves. However if that hasn't worked then, your only recourse is you will have been given an estimated delivery date from eBay. If you haven't received the item one day after this date then open an INR case through the system and after 4 days if it hasn't still arrived escalate with eBay to force the refund. Do NOT close the case for any excuses from the seller.
