Cancelled a order 2 mins after placing it and seller has refused?

I bought a item and 2 minutes later I cancelled as I missed it was collection only the seller has refused my request what can I do ?

Bear in mind that not paying is likely to get an Unpaid Strike, one will not do much harm, but two strikes, and many sellers block buyers with two or more unpaid strikes.

If you haven't paid don't and seller will have to cancel/refund. If you have paid wait a few days or a week then open a "not received" case via the dropdown menu for the item on your purchases list to get a refund via ebay.
