Cancellation request refused
Within an hour of buying I asked for the order to be cancelled (18th) today 22nd i got notification seller refused and is in process of sending item. Money gone out of PayPal.
Can I refuse/send back item and get 100% refund?

OP1 week agoit's annoying cause after ebay and my messages have not been responded to and AFTER the 3 day deadline has the seller responded with "order being prepared for despatch "

Mentor1 week agoAs advised If the seller has Returns Accepted, on receipt of your item you can return it, you do need to pay for the postage for a full refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoDoes the seller accept returns on the listing? If they do then you can return it at your expense for a refund, if they don't, you can't return it.
It looks like your request timed out rather than an active refusal by the seller.

OP2 weeks agoSeller has not responded to the 2 messages I sent and they have only today refused to cancel. So 4 days since cancellation request.
