Hi, I placed an order when ill, the following morning requested cancellation and the seller refused. Any help would be gratefully received.

OP10 months agoThank you for explaining, it seems harder every day buying on ebay and not being able to achieve a simple request. Returns leave us so out of pocket which I accept if something will not fit. But buyers remorse can be set off due to buying when experiencing chronic pain and then change of mind. Not the sellers fault but I would have thought that cancelling with plenty of time before an item is due to be sent would be easy? but it seems not to be the case. Last time I purchase from a seller with 99% feedback and negatives giving good reasons not to buy from said seller.

OP10 months agoP.S. Would not send an invoice showing combined postage as mentioned on his listing page. Then said he wasn't able to send a combined postage invoice, I would have to pay first, extortionate postage without discount and after I paid a paltry sum was refunded. I have now learned my lesson and in future will buy from more reliable sellers as I usually do.

Mentor10 months agoI'm sorry, but a seller does not have to accept a cancellation request.
Do they have Returns Accepted on that listing? If so, on receipt of the item you can return it for a full refund, citing ' change of mind' reason, but you will have to pay for the tracked return postage.
