Cancellation refund
I've just had a buyer cancel an order which I accepted, fund where deducted from my account for this item as well as an additional promotion fee for which it doesn't seem like I'm getting a refund, is this normal?

·10 months agoPromotion fees are not refundable, even if a sale is cancelled.
I would say, for private sellers, paying to promote your items is not worth it.
