Cancellation of order
I believed I said yes to the buyer asking for a cancellation but accidentally hit decline. I would like to accept their cancellation. I am also wary of this user as they just joined eBay yesterday and has straight away cancelled an order after sending the money. I would like to accept their cancellation.

Mentor10 months agoYou'll need to contact eBay Customer Services for them to overturn your decision and to now accept a cancellation request.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
