What am i too do if I’ve bought a product the realised the seller is inactive or forgot about the listing made and I’m trying to get a refund and he’s not active to accept the cancellation request

Mentor2 days agoYou wait until the expected delivery date has passed, then open a not received case. If seller does not respond, after 3 days, that is on day 4 esczlate to ebay.
