The buyer won an auction and cancelled because she allegedly bid in error. I declined the cancellation. A significant time has elapsed and she hasn’t paid. EBay won’t let me cancel the item as it says a cancellation already exists but has been declined. I’ve just re-listed the item. It still appears as waiting for payment. What can I do?

Mentor1 month agoOn the previous order did you cancel it correctly? EWg in the seller hub clicking the circle with three dots in and selecting cancel order. Use the buyer did not pay option if thats available. If not use problem with buyers address.
