Cancel then not Cancel
I sold a machine to someone and it turns out initally it didn't work, I then cancelled the order, by the way didn't receive the pick up code also my cacncellation refund did not go through.
Turns out he doesn't want to cancel. Not sure what to do , very hard to talk to an ebay person for advise. Thanks in advance

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the cancellation didn't go through and the buyer doesn't want to cancel then how do they want to proceed? Are they happy to keep the item now or do they want a partial refund?
