Cancel simple delivery label
I have sold two items to the same buyer in the UK. Unfortunately the postage has not been combined and I have two labels. I can post both items into one package and need to cancel one simple delivery label. Please can someone advise how I do this. Thanks

Mentor2 months agoIf you paid for the labels (had free postage - seller pays on the listings) you can cancel one here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it (had the postage cost on the listing) the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
