Cancel purchase so customer can collect instead of having items delivered.
I had a listed item but for delivery only, it was purchased but the customer wanted to collect the item so I cancel the purchase but he can't buy my item back again. Is there any way I can get this resolved for this customer. He has suggested we meet up and he can pay cash but I want to do this by ebay rules only.
Any suggestions?
