I am selling my postcard collection with free delivery every now and again Ebay charge me for a postage label £2.72 yet all my postcards are £1.99 so I am losing 71p a time.

I have put in for a refund but you never hear back, if you email they do not respond and if you are lucky enough to do a online chat they promise the earth but it never materialises. No idea what to do anymore it isn`t fair that I lose 71p a time.

You are selling a lot of items and some of them are new. If you registered as a business seller on ebay you wouldn't have to use Simple Delivery. You'd be able to set and use the postage you want.

Yes they have been listed a long time long before lock down and keep resisting. I am letting all my collection go has now I am a pensioner want to cut down on my belongings
