Mentor8 months agoA seller can decline a cancellation request, however, if this was listed as a Collection item only, do double check the original listing that it dis say this, and it's now posted technically you could on receipt open a case for item not as described.... Item Does Not Match Description. The seller would need to pay for the return postage and fully refund you.
In the long run, a bit silly of the seller not accepting a cancellation.
