Mentor10 months agoTry messaging the seller via one of their other listings using the "contact seller" link, top right of the actual listing.

Mentor10 months agoThere are activity limits for new buyers. If you can add a credit card to your ebay account for verification it should help. In My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.

Copy & paste the link to the item you bought and I'll send a message to the seller for you.

Mentor10 months agoYou don't need support now. Add a CC when you can and you'll be fine. Hopefully your seller will be in touch.
