OP1 week agoThanks all I’ve done it now. So what you do if you ever need to is refund the money and then cancel order. Many thanks for your replies

Mentor1 week agoNot sure you can but check on your orders page click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and see if Cancel order > "Buyer asked to cancel" is there. If not you should be able to just issue a refund also via the dropdown menu. Or ask the buyer to wait for the estimated delivery date on the listing to pass and then open a "not received" case on ebay.

Mentor1 week agoYou can't, you should still be able to issue a refund for it though.
