Mentor2 months agoBuyers have plenty of protection, but only seller can cancel.
If they do not cancel, or post your purchase, then as soon as past expected delivery date, open a not received case.
Again if seller ignores you after a further 3 days, escalate to ebay who will deal with refund.
What has seller done to make you want to cancel?

What's the problem with the seller?
