Hello,
I reported a buyer but later found out that it was my fault.
How can I cancel my report and apologise to the buyer.

Mentor6 months agoIf you used the 'report a buyer' link and made a report then I probably wouldn't worry about it, there isn't a way to rescind it. However, eBay only act on multiple reports so no action will be taken against your buyer, and they won't know that you reported them.
What did you report them for?

eBay only work on cases, they wouldn't act on a message.
I cannot see any feedback you left which needs amending.
