Can you still send second chance offers?

Hello!

A buyer has cancelled their order within minutes of winning an auction. I accepted the cancellation, remembering the second chance offer function... Unfortunately I'm not seeing the option for it.

Is it still a function?

Once the cancellation has completed you will find the SCO link via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list.
