Hi the buyer that bought my bronze cream has asked for a refund and I have sent it to her but she now needs the return labels in order to post back my cream , can you send her the return labels . Please to her

If your buyer is still agreeable to sending back the item you'll need to buy them a pre-paid label from Royal Mails website and let them have the QR code or label as an attachment to an eBay message.

Once a refund is issued ebay has no interest in a return so there won't be a label. You need to negotiate this directly with the buyer.

No we can't, we are members like you. You need to get your buyer to open a case for the item and then a label will be issued. YOu need to follow the correct procedures.
