Can you resell after partial refund?
I got an item that was the incorrect size from the one advertised and the seller is only offering a partial refund when I asked for a full one. Is it possible to resell an item after refund instead? I haven't accepted the partial refund yet.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are entitled to a full refund for an item not as described.
You can accept a partial refund if you wish, and yes, you can sell the item on yourself afterwards.

Seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
Do not accept the part refund or case will close.
Open case & return for full refund.

Yes it will, but this is all explained in eBay's money back guarantee policy. There is a link to this in every listing.
