Mentor5 months agoThere does seem to be an issue some are experiencing, you are not alone!
However, it would help if it was known which device and browser you are using.
If the app, that is suffering more than its usual glitches, so if using this, switch if you can to a laptop /PC, and try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay.
If payouts are Available, see if you can withdraw from there, worth a try!
