Can someone explain this ...
Hi
I've just accepted an offer and normally I can print the label straight away but I didn't get the email and can't find the label page either ... I noticed this instead "Paid - wait to post', what does that mean?
Can't see anywhere on this page to add the screenshot. It all looks different in this forum.
Not sure what to do now, need to get this posted before I go away next week. Any help much appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoDo not wait otherwise you will get a late dispatch defect.
You say normally can print label straight away, do you have setting requiring immediate payment when accepting an offer? Are you sure it says “wait to post” as that makes no sense, as once paid best to post asap.

OP1 month agoYes it definitely said 'Paid - wait to post' in a banner across the top, I would show you but it seems you can't attach screenshots in here anymore .. I've always had 'require immediate payment' switched on and buyer did pay immediately - you're right it makes no sense and the email with the link to the postage page has only just shown up at 01.47am - like 12 hours after buyer paid. I wouldn't have waited for 3 days anyway, I always post next day so would've rung Ebay but I always get help in here.

Mentor1 month agoIt's just advisory, if the buyer doesn't look to be bidding on any of your other items then you can ignore it.

OP1 month agoBut I’m not getting the option to print my postage label anywhere

Mentor1 month agoPossibly some other reason for it then, are you posting today?

Mentor1 month agoI think it's eBay suggesting the buyer may buy more than one of your items. So they want to wait in case you need to combine postage.
