can only sign in if I change my password
Hi
Recently I am unable to sign in to ebay and receive error code
0.8f1e1202.1786017553.914098ab
and a message saying the problem is at the ebay end.
The only way I can sign in is to change my password which I have done several times in a few days.
This is a hassle and I am concerned that ebay will think this is suspicious activity and suspend my account.
The chatbot is unable to understand my problem.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
