Can not send messages?

Hi there, Whenever I try to send a message to a general seller, A white blank small page appears after pressing (send) without any details in it. Anybody can help please? Thanks

Try using a different browser. If that doesn't help you haven't used your account much recently so ebay will class your account as new and there are activity limits for new buyers. Adding a credit card to your ebay account for verification should help. In My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried a different browser, I have been using my account regularly. Last week I was able to send messages without any isseus.
