Can anyone help. I posted an item for sale about 2mths ago. I had no idea that it had sold, 2 days ago as I am currently undergoing treatment in hospital. I've contacted the buyer to apologise profusely and explained that I won't be able to now send it. However, ebay have debited his acct but its not been credited to my acct yet. So I can't refund him.How can I get ebay to release his monies back to him, or to get it to me, so that I can refund him quickly?
