Can I sell on ebay UK a used ebike without used battery as a privite seller?

I have an used , original (not conveerted) e-bike to sell. Due to ebay policy I would not list a used, original battery. Instead , in a discription I would suggest that I will sell the battery on another platform e.g. Gumtree or Nextdoor or even Facebook, if allowed.
I hold an original, used charger for the battery.
Am I right that the selling of the charger is in line with the policies as it is not a fire hazard?
The bike is: Dahon Roo , battery: Sram Sparc 16V 14 cells.
Please, advise if I can ague the policies or go around them.

Mentor3 months agoOnly Authorized / Approved Business dealers are allowed to list eBikes /accessories etc. on eBay due to safety concerns. --- try a local auction / advert instead.

Mentor3 months agoI think as soon as you have e bike in your title or description a bot will come and remove at as only registered Businesses can sell them, with or without a battery.
