Yes you can but note only UPS Adult Signature Required service can be purchased on eBay and this starts around £11

You would add the delivery cost to your item price when listing then select seller pays for postage

Thanks. How do I turn off Simple Delivery so that I can see UPS ? How do I tell Ebay that this item needs age verification on delivery? I see other people on Ebay stating that age verification is required but their postage charge is nowhere near £11 .
