Can I Have 2 eBay Accounts with Different LTDs but Same Director?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently selling clothing items on eBay UK through my existing LTD company, and now I’m planning to launch my own private label brand focused on leather products (wallets, bags, etc.).

For this new brand, I’m considering registering a separate LTD company to keep the branding and operations independent.

My question is:
Is it allowed to operate two separate eBay UK accounts under different LTD companies, but with the same director/owner?

I want to make sure I stay fully compliant with eBay policies before proceeding.

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences from sellers who’ve done something similar.

Why not? So long as you produce appropriate documents, nothing wrong with being a director of more than one company!
