Can I give my buyer his good ?

Sounds like a strange one. I recently sold an item that I marked collection only. The buyer paid promptly. He then said was it ok to send a courier. I said ok but I would need the 6 digit code or qr code to confirm collection. He said he didn’t have one. He then marked it as collected and I got paid. He hasn’t clllected it. Now he wants to come and collect but is saying he can’t find the 6 digit code or the qr code. What do I do ??

Now he has marked it as collected the code won't work. Just let him collect. If a courier collects he loses access to the money back guarantee.
