Can I get the postage paid
I just sold an item but miscalculated the weight of it so after the buyer paid for the postage I took it to the post office but they said I couldn't pay the difference. I bought a evri label myself so to get it sent but how do I get that money back from eBay as the buyer has already paid for nothing 🤔

Mentor3 months agoWhat were the terms of the sale? Eg Buyer pays postage or free (seller pays) If buyer pays they will be eventually refunded for non use of label.
If you as the seller offered free postage so to speak then refunds can be claimed from here within 14 days.
