Can I dispute charged by Packlink
Packlink charged my eBay account 30 pounds due to UPS overcharging me. I complained to packlink but it was to no avail. Can I dispute the charges with eBay to get them reversed?

Mentor2 weeks agoPacklink is a separate entity. Packlink which is a Spanish owned company so you will have very little chance of disputing with eBay direct.
UPS can be pretty strict about sizes, weights etc of items that go through their network. However they were always clear if we ever made a balls up with what we had done wrong eg wrong size etc. What did Packlink tell you was wrong with the parcel to incur a £30 fee from UPS? As always with things like this its always best to go direct with the carrier and cut the middle man out to alieviate this sort of situation.
