i have sold an item but instead off posting it I want to deliver it myself. Can this be done

It can, but you'd have no collection code completing this way, so no proof of delivery.

Best way forward would be to cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, selecting reason ' Buyer Requests to Cancel'. This refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.

Then, relist as a collection item only, for the buyer to buy , and pay again.

This way they receive that all important collection code. Do not deliver the item without this code, make this clear to the buyer.

You then either scan the code, or enter the numbers manually alongside... Confirm collection.
