Buying items and no sign of posted or tracking

So I bought a nintendo switch first a present, and the was 7 days ago and still it only says paid. Not posted ect, ive tried messaging seller several times and no reply.

You are given an expected delivery date. Once past that date you open a Not received case. There js no need to contact the seller.
