How are these scammers supposedly delivering to parcel shop,for delivery, get Tracking Numbers, item never goes any further!
ebay steps in after a week! Get refund! Seller gets paid for not delivery!
Happened 6 times now, trying to buy iPhone!
ebay say if post office accepts delivery with a tracking number their fault for loss!
it’s clearly a scam, but how are they doing it, and getting away with it?

That does not imply that ebay are making a refund, if they are then it is at the sellers expense.
