Buying a sofa and hasnt got tracking yet

I bought a sofa and Ir hasn't got tracking yet and says will be delivered between 17th and 20th it's fist time buying on here and I'm abit panicy

Don't worry, if there is a problem you will get your money back. If it hasn't come by the 21st select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
