I am wanting to purchase a phone but the seller has indicated that he has a balance on his O2 contract and with the funds I pay will be able to pay off part of the amount owed and will then pay the balance by mid next month. Is there a way to ensure I can get a refund if the buyer does not pay the balance owed to O2 within a specified timeframe?
