Mentor3 weeks agoAlso there's an intermittent bug to do with addresses.
eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line.
Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address"
It's worth just checking how your address is registered with eBay, it may just need that tweak!

OP3 weeks agoEventually got through to ebay customer services they have confirmed its a glitch but it's very annoying
