Mentor11 months agoTo add to the good advice given, do not hand over the collection code, that shows the item was not received.
If for any reason the seller will not cancel, you open a case for item not received, escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

Mentor11 months agoask the seller to cancel the transaction and that will give you a refund.
