seeing more written about buyers submitting ai generated photos of damaged items to get a refund and keep the item, and wondering how much this is actually showing up for uk sellers specifically versus mostly being talked about in us focused coverage.

if you've had a buyer try this: how did you spot it, did ebay side with you at all, and does packing video or serial number photos on your end actually change the outcome or does it not matter once a case is opened

If private seller using simple delivery, ebay refund damaged in transit cases, seller keeps money.

This is ebay's problem, not sellers.

If buyer opened item not as described case, you issue returns label and only refund on return of item.

You can try appealing after refund or at least report buyer.
