Buyers sent pic of item in bits and saying now item broke, what do I do now

I need some advice a guy bought a Bluetooth speaker from me, me and my wife both connected to it had it work and I sent it in post to him. Few days later he says that it was delivered fine but its not working but left me a decent review and said hes going away on holiday when he comes back he'll try it again. He's just sent me a pic of the speaker taken to pieces bits everywhere and id now saying it doesn't work with a "There's your problem" backyard mechanic attitude. What do I do here guys its been a few weeks since I heard from this guy now my speaker's in bits. Thanks

He can't return it in the condition it was sent out in if he's taken it to bits, which is required under eBay's Money Back Guarantee
